Jessica McDaniel, Founder of Glow
Jessica is a Mentor, Certified Life Coach, Entrepreneur, from Detroit Michigan. Jessica is dedicated to Empowering, Encouraging, Edifying, and Enriching the lives of young women. Her love for helping others started at a early age and her passion for helping youth and young women grew. Because of her passion and calling Glow was founded in 2011. Since that time its been her mission to inspire and help in anyway she can!

Ryann Snerling , Vice President
Ryann is a wife and a mother of two. She has a passion to work with today's youth while sharing her love for Christ. She is well experienced in early childhood education. She aspires to encourage other women in the areas of fitness, faith & health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and going to the gym.

Tim'Mya McGhee (Mya) , Mentor
Tim'Mya is a 20 year old highs school graduate of the class of 2022, currently pursing a degree in Psychology with the goal of becoming a therapist. Passionate about helping others, Mya is reliable, self- driven and honest. Grateful for the support and guidance she's received. Mya looks forward to giving back by sharing her knowledge and experiences with others

Jaleesa is known for her ambition, confidence, and caring nature, She enjoy playing video games and is currently learning to crochet Passionate about personal growth and helping others, Jaleesa is excited to share her knowledge and encourage other girls to embrace new challenges
